1. Check whether you need a visa
Use the Korea Visa Portal and enter your passport nationality, purpose and planned stay. A valid visa takes priority over K-ETA.

If the official visa check says you can travel without a visa, confirm whether K-ETA is required for your exact passport and travel date.

Use the free official navigator shortly before arrival. K-ETA holders generally do not submit it, while many visa holders and visa-free travelers do.

- Passport valid for your full trip and in good condition
- Return or onward ticket and accommodation address
- Proof of funds and travel insurance when appropriate
